With the subscription, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying for work when you have projects available.

Yes! You can request as many designs as you need. We’ll work on one active project at a time, then move on to the next when it’s finished. We’ll keep going with your chosen active projects until your subscription ends or your request list is complete.

Most projects will have the first round of drafts ready in an average of just 2-3 business days. However, bigger projects and difficult designs can take longer.

For example, branding projects take the 4-6 weeks to complete and include a full-day strategy workshop. Annual reports and websites can take anywhere between 4-10 weeks depending on the size of the project.

We’ll give you a rough estimation of time frames beforehand, so you always know what to expect.

We use a portal via Trello that manages all project work. Here, you can start requesting artwork, leave your feedback, and invite your team for collaboration.

Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

We understand you may not always have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

You can pause the upcoming billing cycle if you predict a quiet month. You’ll still have access to your Client Portal and past projects — you just won’t be able to set any active requests while paused. When you have enough projects lined up to start work again, you can reactivate the subsciption at any time. (The billing cycle will reset to the date you reactivate the subscription).
